Within MERCURY Gunilla Herolf is engaged in Dissemination and Outreach (head of Work Package V) and in Work Package II: Towards a new architecture of EU external relations?

Short C.V.
Gunilla Herolf (Sweden) received her PhD from the University of Stockholm. One field of interest is security cooperation within EU, NATO and among countries in Western Europe, with emphasis on France, Germany and the UK. Others are Nordic security, transatlantic and Mediterranean cooperation. Among her publications are France, Germany and the UK: Cooperation in Times of Turbulence (2004) and A.J.K. Bailes, G. Herolf and B. Sundelius, The Nordic Countries and the European Security and Defence Policy (2006). Gunilla Herolf participated in the EU-CONSENT project (2005-2009),  financed by the EC 6th Framework Programme. She is board member of the Trans European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA).

Höghammar, Theresa

Research focus within MERCURY
Within MERCURY Theresa Höghammar will be engaged in Dissemination and Outreach (Work Package V) primarily responsible for the Newsletter.

Short C.V.
Theresa Höghammar joined SIPRI in January 2009. She currently works as a Research Assistant for the European and Transatlantic Programme as well as the Non-Proliferation and Export Control programme at SIPRI. She is finalizing her Masters of Political Science at the Swedish National Defence College. Theresa has previously worked as a disarmament, peace and security officer for the Swedish United Nations Association and with gender and security issues for the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom in Geneva. Theresa Höghammar has also participated in EU-CONSENT project (2005-2009) (Dissemination and Evaluation Work Package). She has been responsible for the EU-CONSENT Newsletter.
